At Cardiac Mountain Outfitters, fishing is more than recreation—it’s a way of life. Founded by Damon, our outfitting service was built from decades spent exploring the rivers and streams of the Ozarks.
Damon began fishing as a child, learning the traditions of the sport from both his father and grandfather, who were passionate fly fishermen. Over the last 26 years, he has dedicated himself to mastering the waters of the Ozark region and sharing that knowledge with others.
Today, Cardiac Mountain Outfitters offers a unique combination of traditional fishing and fly fishing experiences designed for anglers of all backgrounds. Whether you’re a seasoned outdoorsman, a weekend fisherman, or someone looking to step away from the demands of business and everyday life, our trips provide a chance to reconnect with nature and experience the beauty of Missouri’s rivers.
We currently guide trips throughout the Meramec River and Current River regions, with plans to expand into additional states as new guiding licenses are acquired.
